  1. Aceptación de los términos: Al convertirse en partner de The Strainer Co, usted acepta cumplir con los siguientes términos y condiciones.

  2. Responsabilidades del Partner: El partner se compromete a realizar un proceso de selección justo y transparente para identificar candidatos calificados para los puestos ofrecidos. Además, el partner se compromete a brindar información precisa y actualizada sobre los candidatos.

  3. Comunicación y colaboración: El partner se compromete a mantener una comunicación abierta y fluida con The Strainer Co, proporcionando actualizaciones periódicas sobre el progreso de los procesos y candidatos. The Strainer Co se compromete a entregar información actualizada y clara respecto a los candidatos brindados por el Partner y los procesos en los que estos estén involucrados. The Strainer Co se compromete a informar oportunamente cuando algún candidato compartido por el Partner sea preseleccionado para un proceso, y luego en caso de ser contratado. Si un candidato ha sido compartido previamente por otro Partner, se informará de la situación y, si es necesario, se acreditará dicha relación previa. The Strainer Co. Se reserva el derecho de elegir el Partner de origen al presentar un candidato a un cliente. Ambas partes están autorizadas a usar imágenes y logos para publicitar la alianza, previa entrega y autorización del material por la contraparte.

  4. Prioridad sobre los candidatos: The Strainer Co. se compromete a no utilizar candidatos que no hayan sido compartidos expresamente por el Partner. El Partner tiene el derecho de reservar, ya sea temporal o indefinidamente, a cualquier candidato que haya participado en uno de sus procesos. El Partner debe transparentar cualquier intención de uso de un candidato previamente compartido con The Strainer Co a través de la plataforma online o correo electrónico.

  5. Confidencialidad: Toda la información, exceptuando la que es naturalmente requerida para los procesos de selección de The Strainer Co, debe mantenerse confidencial. Esto incluye detalles de puestos, requisitos específicos y cualquier información confidencial relacionada con las empresas y sus procesos.

  6. Remuneración: Como partner, la comisión se entregará en forma de créditos equivalentes a dinero en efectivo, representando el 30% de la comisión cobrada por The Strainer Co. Estos créditos serán cargados en la plataforma conforme The Strainer Co vaya cobrando a sus clientes. Los créditos pueden canjearse por otros servicios de reclutamiento ofrecidos por The Strainer Co, productos o servicios en el marketplace o mediante transferencia contra factura o documento equivalente. The Strainer Co otorga a sus clientes un plazo de garantía que puede variar según el cargo, ubicación y otras variables definidas por The Strainer Co. Si un cliente activa la garantía, el Partner tiene prioridad para reemplazar al candidato sin cobro de comisión. Si el Partner no puede encontrar un reemplazo adecuado, puede ofrecer candidatos de otras posiciones para cumplir con la garantía. En tal caso, se equilibrarán los créditos de los nuevos candidatos proporcionados hasta cumplir con la garantía.

  7. Información de los candidatos: Tanto el Partner como The Strainer Co. se comprometen a solicitar y obtener el consentimiento explícito de los candidatos antes de compartir cualquier información personal o profesional.

  8. Terminación de la asociación: Ambas partes pueden terminar la asociación en cualquier momento con notificación escrita. Las obligaciones y responsabilidades previamente acordadas seguirán en vigor después de la terminación.

  9. Cambios en los términos y condiciones: The Strainer Co se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones en cualquier momento. Se notificará al partner cualquier cambio y se requerirá su aceptación para continuar la asociación.

  10. Ley aplicable: Estos términos y condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes vigentes del país en el que opera The Strainer Co.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By becoming a partner of The Strainer Co., you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

  2. Partner Responsibilities: The partner commits to conducting a fair and transparent selection process to identify qualified candidates for the positions offered. Furthermore, the partner pledges to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the candidates.

  3. Communication and Collaboration: The partner commits to maintaining open and consistent communication with The Strainer Co., providing regular updates on the progress of processes and candidates. The Strainer Co. commits to delivering clear and updated information concerning candidates supplied by the Partner and the processes they are involved in. The Strainer Co. pledges to timely inform when any candidate shared by the Partner is shortlisted for a process, and subsequently if hired. If a candidate has previously been shared by another Partner, the situation will be disclosed, and if necessary, the prior relationship will be verified. The Strainer Co. reserves the right to select the Partner of origin when presenting a candidate to a client. Both parties are authorized to use images and logos to advertise the partnership, contingent upon the prior delivery and authorization of such material by the other party.

  4. Priority Over Candidates: The Strainer Co. commits not to use candidates that haven't been expressly shared by the Partner. The Partner retains the right, whether temporary or indefinite, to reserve any candidate who has undergone one of its processes. The Partner must transparently disclose any intent to utilize a candidate previously shared with The Strainer Co either through the online platform or email communication.

  5. Confidentiality: All information, barring what's naturally required for The Strainer Co.'s selection processes, must be held confidential. This includes job details, specific candidate requirements, and any confidential data related to companies and their processes.

  6. Remuneration: As a partner, the commission will be delivered in the form of credits equivalent to cash, representing 30% of the commission billed by The Strainer Co. These credits will be loaded onto the platform as The Strainer Co. receives payments from its clients. Credits can be redeemed for other recruitment services offered by The Strainer Co., products or services within the marketplace, or through money transfer against an invoice or equivalent document. The Strainer Co. offers its clients a guarantee period that may vary based on job position, location, and other variables as defined by The Strainer Co. If a client invokes the guarantee, the Partner has priority to provide a replacement candidate without a commission charge. If the Partner cannot find a suitable replacement, they may offer candidates from other positions to fulfill the guarantee. In such a scenario, credits from the new candidates supplied will be offset until the guarantee is fulfilled.

  7. Candidate Information: Both the Partner and The Strainer Co. commit to seeking and obtaining explicit consent from candidates prior to sharing any personal or professional information.

  8. Termination of Partnership: Both parties may terminate the partnership at any time upon written notification. Previously agreed upon obligations and responsibilities will remain in effect after termination.

  9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions: The Strainer Co. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any given time. Partners will be notified of any changes and their acceptance will be required to continue the partnership.

  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the prevailing laws of the country in which The Strainer Co. operates.
